Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order. Utsavya shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it whenever possible and contact our customer support team immediately with your order details and clear photographs of the package.
