Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

We offer exchanges within 3–5 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be returned in its original condition.
Include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
Be free from stains, perfume, damage, or any signs of use.
Have an exchange request submitted within the eligible time frame.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as Final Sale / Non-Exchangeable (if applicable).
Personalized or customized products (if applicable).

How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer support team within 3–5 days of receiving your order.
Share your Order ID along with the reason for the exchange.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your exchange will be processed, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by the Utsavya team. We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.

Refund Policy

At Utsavya, we generally do not offer refunds for products purchased through our website.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged or defective.
An incorrect item has been delivered.
The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
The order is cancelled by Utsavya before dispatch.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please review the product description, size chart, color, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, our customer support team will assist you with suitable alternatives or store credit (where applicable).
